Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

This class teaches a modified Sun style Tai Chi that does
not require the deep bending, twisting and force of other Tai Chi styles making it easier and more comfortable to learn.Β 
Students may participate from a seated position if needed.


Studies have suggested that the practice of Tai Chi can
reduce pain, improve reach and improve balance.Β 
Our instructor is certified to teach this program by Dr. Paul Lam who developed this style in 1997.Β  This is a 6-week program.Β  Please contact us for additional information.Β
