Kids Creative Writing Camps

This camp will teach interested youths variations of writing techniques. The program includes lessons that will give participants a sense of understanding and confidence when they write independently. The program includes instruction in the fields of journaling, non-fiction, fiction and poetry as well as practicing different writing styles, learning about character development and plot mapping. Sessions will introduce students to fountain pens and how to write with them, letter writing and why it is important to send hand-written notes, and the history of the Postal Service.
