Aperion Care International Receives Two 2015 Customer Experience Awards from Pinnacle Quality Insight

Aperion Care International received 2015 Customer Experience Awards from Pinnacle Quality Insight for cleanliness and therapy services.

Aperion Care International, a Chicago-based provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care services, is proud to announce that they are the recipients of two 2015 Customer Experience AwardsTM from Pinnacle Quality Insight. Qualifying for the awards in the categories of Cleanliness and Professional Therapy Services, these awards signify that Aperion Care International displays a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services.

Over the course of 2014, a sampling of Aperion Care International’s customers and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate Aperion Care in specific categories.

Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect the experience of each patient and resident.
