Installation Starting On Bolingbrook Town Center Mosaic

BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Town Center tunnel mosaic project is starting the installation process, Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta shared on her Facebook.

The Bolingbrook Arts Council received a $10,000 grant from the National Endowment for the Arts for the project.

The mosaic will be installed on the Bolingbrook Town Center wall that is the tunnel entrance to the grounds behind Village Hall and to the performing arts center, according to the Village.

Members of the community helped put the mosaic together, Alexander-Basta said on her Facebook.

"The Mosaic Community days brought together people of all ages to 'make their mark' on Bolingbrook," she said.
