Airplane Makes 'Belly Landing' at Wheeling's Chicago Executive Airport
No one was injured when the airplane hit the runway without its landing gear down.

WHEELING, IL - A Beechcraft airplane traveling at a speed of up to 100 mph when it made a "belly landing" Monday evening at Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling, the Daily Herald reports.
Neither the pilot or passenger on board the aircraft were injured when the two-engine airplane hit the runway without its landing gear down at about 5 p.m. on Monday, according to the article. It's not clear if the landing gear malfunctioned.
