Buffalo Grove High Glee Club Performing Last Show in May
Administrators at the school have decided to discontinue The Expressions glee club after 43 years of performances at the Buffalo Grove High.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL - Buffalo Grove High School's show choir, The Expressions, will be performing for the last time in May after administrators decided to discontinue the program after 43 years of song and dance.
Buffalo Grove Principle Jeff Wardle told the Daily Herald the difficult decision was made so the school could start an a capella group. He added that few colleges have glee clubs but many have an a capella group.
Parents and students are mad about the show choir's abrupt end and said the glee club's success over the years, which included winning top awards at national competitions, should be reason for it to go on, according to the Daily Herald.
