College Credits: Buffalo Grove Students Graduate From Cumberlands
Area students from Buffalo Grove are doing amazing things at colleges and universities across the United States.

Buffalo Grove's Daloia, Hawkeye Marching Band return to Kinnick Stadium
Hayley Daloia, of Buffalo Grove, is one of 272 University of Iowa students who are members of the 2021 Hawkeye Marching Band, one of the "top ten college marching bands in the nation," according to CNN Headline News and one of the Big Ten Conference's marching bands whose halftime show is "worth the watch," according to Sports Illustrated. Forced to the sidelies last year because of the pandemic, the 2021 Hawkeye Marching Band - affectionately known as "Band 141" by its membership - will once again be the sound and heartbeat of historic Kinnick Stadium at each of the nationally ranked Iowa Hawkeyes' seven home games. Daloia plays the Piccolo; this is Hayley's fourth year as a member of the Hawkeye Marching Band.

Cumberlands congratulates Summer 2021 graduates
There are more than 1,500 reasons to celebrate as summer ends and the fall term begins - one for every summer graduate from University of the Cumberlands.The following students from your area completed a degree at Cumberlands this summer:
- Anjani Sai Rakshitha Kuruganti, of Buffalo Grove, who earned their Master of Science in Information Technology
- Prathibha Banda, of Buffalo Grove, who earned their Master of Science in Information Technology
- Leela Sushmitha Adusumilli, of Buffalo Grove, who earned their Master of Science in Information Systems Security
- Durga Ravi Teja Chelluboina, of Buffalo Grove, who earned their Master of Science in Information Systems Security
