Exercise when its cold.

Everyone still wants to get their sweat on when its cold outside. Thats great news for us in the fitness industry when many people are detered from going outside when its so cold outside, leaving us with half empty facilities. One thing that you need to prepare for is the frigid air hitting your body while you are still sweaty. Please take the time and cool down properly, put on layers to stay warm. We would rather see you back than see you sick.
