Lincolnshire School Evacuated Following Bomb Threat: District
Police, along with bomb-sniffing dogs, conducted a search of the Daniel Wright Junior High School campus Monday and school was canceled.

LINCOLNSHIRE, IL — Daniel Wright Junior High School was evacuated Monday morning following a bomb threat, leading to the cancelation of school and school-related activities. As of Monday afternoon, the building was cleared by police of any threats and school will resume Tuesday.
According to Lincolnshire-Prairie View District 103, a computer-recorded message of the threat was sent Sunday night, prompting the response when staff accessed the message on the school's attendance voicemail line Monday morning at around 7:30 a.m. The school was immediately evacuated and police were notified.
Assisting the Lincolnshire Police Department in the search was the Lincolnshire-Riverwoods Fire Protection District and other area police departments. K-9 bomb-sniffing dogs from the Great Lakes Police Department are searching the school and surrounding property.
