• Buffalo Grove OKs Banquet Facility At Former Outback Site (journal-topics.com) — Buffalo Grove trustees have approved a revised plan allowing Epicure Dining to open a full-service restaurant and banquet facility in the long-vacant former Outback Steakhouse on Lake Cook Road. The 6,200-square-foot venue will host weddings, parties and corporate events, operate daily into late evening, and rely on a mix of on-site and easement-based parking spaces to meet village code.
