As a member of the Buffalo Grove Days Committee, I know that we have amazing photographers working our festival every year. Unbeknownst to the public, these artists take almost 10,000 photos every year over the course of our six-day event. Until last year, however, the public had virtually no way to view these wonderfully candid shots. Once again this year, we are proud to showcase the work of Hal Norman and Jim Pawlak in two different ways.
Many of the photos taken this year will be available through our website, www.bgdays.com, on Sept. 6. So, if your child had his or her picture taken at the carnival, you can view and download it for free. How cool is that? Our photographers will be passing out cards to their subjects that will explain the entire procedure. Or, you can just return to our website sometime after the 6th and look for a link to photos.
