Syringes Found At Playground; Liquor, Dog Food Theft: Blotter
Several syringes were found near a children's playground; a man is accused of stealing liquor, dog food: Buffalo Grove Blotter.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.
Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.
ARRESTS
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

- Ismael Pacheco-Camacho, 44, of the 200 block of N Lake Street, Mundelein, is accused of driving with a revoked/suspended license, not wearing a seat belt, and was arrested at 2:58 p.m. Aug. 26 at the Shell Gas Station. His bond was set at $2,500, and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 16.
- Daniel Thomas Fuessle, 31, of the 2700 block of Buffalo Grove Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving on a suspended/revoked license out of Round Lake, failure to reduce speed for a crash, and was arrested at 5:23 p.m. Aug. 25 in the 400 block of West Dundee Road. He was assigned a court date of Oct. 9 in Mundelein.
- Robert Nicholas Noe, 50, of the 1100 block of Devonshire Road, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving with a suspended/revoked license (fourth offense), and was arrested at 7:50 p.m. Aug. 23 at McHenry and Lucinda. He was scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 24 in Waukegan.
RETAIL THEFT
Emmanuell Castrejon, 30, of the 900 block of Vera Lane, Wheeling, is accused of four counts of retail theft at Woodman's Market, and was arrested at 8:25 p.m. Aug. 22 in the 7-11 parking lot, 1165 Weiland Road. He is accused of leaving the store without paying for four bottles of liquor, two bags of dog dry food, two bags of ice and two bags of potato chips. He was scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 23.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL
- Aaron Zuniga Tenorio, 33, of the 700 block of Trace Drive, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended/revoked license due to a driving while intoxicated charge, an issuance of a warrant for failure to appear in court in Lake County, illegal lane usage, and was arrested at 12:34 p.m. Aug. 28 at Arlington Heights Road and Bernard Drive.
- Nataliia P. Mathewson, 39, of the 1200 block of N Winslow Drive, Palatine, is accused of two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transport of liquor by a driver, illegal lane usage, and was arrested at 12:38 a.m. Aug. 20 at Lake Cook Road and Timber Hill Drive. Her bond was set at $1,000, and she is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 16 in Waukegan.
- William Jeffrey Klein, 54, of the 1000 block of Brentwood Circle, Buffalo Grove, is accused of two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content level greater than .08, illegal lane usage, and was arrested at 11:09 p.m. Aug. 18 at Dundee Road and Golfview Terrace. His bond was set at $1,000, and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 16 in Waukegan.
UNLICENSED DRIVER
Fatima Olvera Alvarado, 19, of the 1200 block of Johnson Drive, Buffalo Grove, is accused of being an unlicensed driver, operating an uninsured vehicle, illegal lane usage, speeding over the statutory limit, and was arrested at 6:18 p.m. Aug. 22 in the 300 block of E Dundee Road. She was assigned a court date of Sept. 18 in Mundelein.
RECKLESS DRIVING
Rafael Sahakyan, 20, of the 1100 block of Auburn Lane, Buffalo Grove, is accused of reckless driving for speeding 35 mph over the speed limit (89 mph in a 45 mph), and was arrested at 3:15 p.m. Aug. 23. His bond was set at $2,500, and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 18 in Mundelein.
INCIDENTS
CIVIL MATTER
A resident in the 900 block of Providence Lane reported at 6:56 p.m. Aug. 22 that a neighbor's lawn service got grass clippings all over the outside and inside of their prize-winning Aston-Martin Lagonda.
ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
A resident in the 600 block of W Thompson Street called police at 6:39 p.m. Aug. 26 to report that while a neighbor was having a new patio installed, a PVC pipe was busted underground. The uncovered section appeared to be buried beyond the property line into the resident's yard.
NEIGHBORHOOD TROUBLE
A resident in the 1100 block of Johnson Drive reported at 11:20 a.m. Aug. 24 a neighbor was knocking on their door repeatedly complaining about the resident walking too loudly. The resident asked the neighbor to stop knocking on the door and an argument ensued, including threats of violence. Both parties told police that they would stay away from each other.
DUMPING/LITTERING
Two syringes were discovered at 2:52 p.m. Aug. 19 at the children's playgrounds at Children's Park, 1000 Fremont Way. Both were found at the small red park and on the picnic table near the green park. Similar complaints/findings have been made in the area in the past, according to police.
