I will be presenting a 2-hour seminar focused on teaching teens (13-18) to identify and avoid potentially dangerous situations, suggestions on how to de-escalate a situation before it becomes violent, and when there are no other options, how to use the least amount of force necessary to escape a confrontation. Students will learn simple, effective, and easy to remember defenses to common unarmed attacks, as well as against a club or knife attack.
