• High-Priced Burr Ridge Development Opposed By Neighbors (patch.com) — Burr Ridge residents are pushing back against a proposed 16-home, age-targeted subdivision on a former equestrian estate along County Line Road, where prices would start at $2.7 million. Neighbors argue the Saddle Hill Court plan threatens the village's low-density character and could worsen traffic and drainage, while the developer and village engineer say impacts would be minimal ahead of Monday's Plan Commission hearing.
