Pink and white-colored baggies that were consistent with drug use and or sales were on the floorboard, court files show.

CHANNAHON, IL —Two suspected methamphetamine drug dealers who were arrested together recently by the Channahon Police Department now face Will County bench warrants for their capture after they both skipped out on their Will County Courthouse hearings.
A petition to deny pretrial release was also filed against Sebastian Ochoa Molina. He and Maria Loaiza are co-defendants on charges of unlawful possession of meth with intent to deliver, the criminal complaint outlines. Both of them face a total of six drug-dealing and drug possession charges from the Will County State's Attorney's Office.
According to court files, at 12:30 a.m. on April 17, Channahon Police Officer Anderson saw a running vehicle in the parking lot of the Bridge Street Apartments. As he approached, both of the defendants appeared to make eye contact with him and quickly jumped inside the vehicle, court files show.

"Sebastian hid something near the center console and placed a black envelope in the glove box. Sebastian was asked to step out of the vehicle and repeatedly pulled away from Officer Anderson. He was handcuffed and detained," the prosecutors noted.
As for Loaiza, after she stepped outside, a pink powdery substance was recovered from her pocket that tested positive for MDMA and methamphetamine. "Maria said it was hers for personal use and she received it from Sebastian," court documents state.
Officer Anderson recovered several used and unused baggies from the driver's side area. He also recovered two spoons with residue and a scale from the center console. A total of 46 grams of methamphetamine and MDMA were recovered from the black envelope in the glove box that was placed there by Molina, according to prosecutors.
"Sebastian said the powder and baggies were for his deodorant business," court records outlined.
