Mendocino Farms Expands Its Chicago Presence with Willis Tower Opening

Mendocino Farms, the California-born fast-casual favorite best known for its gourmet sandwiches, inventive salads, and chef-driven catering, is continuing its rapid Chicago expansion with a second location opening on Tuesday, October 28 at 233 S. Wacker Drive. Located within the retail addition at the base of the iconic Willis Tower, this will be the first location nationwide to feature self-order kiosks, providing Loop professionals and Willis Tower tenants a faster, more convenient way to grab a meal while still offering the option to order directly from the counter. The Willis Tower opening follows the brand’s successful Chicago debut in River North this past August.
