LCCA Fertilizing Freedom: Playground Games/Double Dutch and 4-Elements Medicine Wheel Workshop (Part
Join us for an energetic session of jump rope, movement, and music led by Bernedette Rapier, Mary “Dancin’ Mary” Castle-Enyard, and LA Hollywood. Doing what they love and making people smile while strengthening their hearts and minds, each woman uses her experiences to bring a unique style to fitness.
Alongside this movement, Ivan Watkins will continue his workshop in a Part 2 focusing on the Medicine Wheel: an integration of overlapping cultural values, artistic and academic disciplines, and environmental awareness. It will culminate in a fun collective art making project, as we explore universal patterns in life, nature and society.
