CHICAGO — Chicago police questioned several people in connection with a pregnant woman missing found strangled to death Wednesday, weeks after she was reported missing from the city's Pilsen neighborhood.

Ochoa-Uriostegui had been nine months pregnant when she went missing on April 23, police said. She was last seen leaving Latino Youth High School.

Her family said she was headed to a home in the 4100 block of West 77th Place for a stroller exchange that she arranged on Facebook. The same day, neighbors said a 46-year-old resident at the West 77th home came out screaming and holding a newborn baby, saying it was her own and that it wasn't breathing, WGN reported.

Ochoa-Uriostegui's family said DNA evidence shows that the baby the 46-year-old was holding was the missing teen's, according to WGN. The baby was taken to Christ Hospital, where he remains in intensive care.

Neighbors said they saw officers bring two women and two men out of the home on West 77th and put them into squad cars, WGN reported. Those being questioned by police include the 46-year-old woman, her boyfriend, her daughter and a man in his 20s, neighbors told the station.

A vehicle matching the description of Ochoa-Uriostegui's car — a Honda Civic — was found May 8 on West 77th Place, police said.
