Kaplan & Grady Expands Global Reach with Addition of Arbitration Leader Sarah E. Reynolds
Former CEO of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center to head the firm's International and Domestic Arbitration Practice

Litigation boutique Kaplan & Grady LLP announced today that Sarah E. Reynolds, a globally recognized leader in international arbitration, has joined the firm as Head of International and Domestic Arbitration.
Reynolds brings more than two decades of experience representing multinational technology companies in complex cross-border disputes before leading arbitral institutions, along with significant experience serving as a neutral.
Prior to joining Kaplan & Grady, Reynolds served as CEO of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center (SVAMC), where she led the development of the first global Guidelines on the Responsible Use of AI in ADR. She previously spent over fifteen years at Mayer Brown LLP as a partner in the firm’s International Arbitration practice and later guided Goldman Ismail through a period of substantial growth as its Managing Partner.

Reynolds is cross-licensed in Illinois, California, England & Wales, and Ireland, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She lectures on “ADR for the Modern Advocate” at the University of Chicago Law School and serves on both the USCIB/ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and the board of the soon-to-launch Chicago International Arbitration Center. Her current panel appointments include AAA, ICDR, HKIAC, SIAC, DIAC, BVI IAC, and the Beijing Arbitration Commission, among others.
