Professor Kliq Returning to Chicago
Musician Professor Kliq is returning to Chicago May 5 for a special show. It'll be his first appearance in many years.

After a several year absence, musician Professor Kliq will return to Chicago May 5 at Burlington Bar on the near north west side of Chicago. There is nobody better to do a preview interview with Professor Kliq than his brother (and my podcast partner) Tommy Else.
Professor Kliq (aka Mike Else) is an amazing musician. I got to know him many years ago, when Tommy wrestled at Resistance Pro and I covered the company. I had the pleasure of interviewing Prof. Kliq several times and they were always fun. He was a great interview subject.
My knowledge about him is limited though, but fortunately, Tommy's isn't. Better for him to lend his thoughts.

I have had the unique privilege of seeing my brother “Professor Kliq”… grow from a young teenager dabbling in the art of electronic music to the commodity he has become.
He has released several albums and has scored documentaries, video games, television shows and more!

I am extremely proud of him, and am honored to have the unique perspective of seeing it unfold from the front row.

The show will be a great night of music and fun. As entertaining as that will be, I am looking forward to seeing Tommy see his brother. During our time at RPro, I witnessed the mutual love, respect and appreciation the brothers have for each other. It really was special to see and it will be heartwarming to witness the reunion, especially as Prof. Kliq performs his musical magic.

On Monday, I had the privilege of partnering with Tommy to interview Prof. Kliq. While ordinarily our podcast interviews are joint projects, I was happy to take a secondary role to Tommy, because I know what this meant to him. I was satisfied simply watching the brothers interact, although I added a couple questions to the mix.

Prof. Kliq discussed his musical style, his instruments, the show, interacting with the other musicians, AI and much more. As much as we covered, after the interview, Tommy and I agreed we would love to have him back because there is so much more to him.

I encourage everyone to come out and welcome Prof. Kliq and enjoy this great night. Prof. Kliq will be joined by Roybot, Nevada Hardware, and DJ Flores Negras at Burlington Bar. The doors open at 8 pm for the 8:30 show, but you'll want to get there early.

I am sure Prof. Kliq will be busy, but because I have that special insider in Tommy, we might be able to get some video, possibly even a quick interview at the show. Check back here for the recap, but come out to see it live! For more info, go to Professor Kliq.
