About True Heights Treatment
My name is George Brassea; I am the owner and operator of True Heights Treatment LLC.
I was born and raised in the City of Chicago Heights. I attended public schools in Chicago Heights prior to college where I attended Westwood College (2009, Criminal Justice) for my undergraduate degree and Olivet Nazarene University (2014, Professional Counseling and 2017, Masters of Business Administration) for my graduate degrees. After two years of supervised practice I passed the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination this is administered and developed by the National Board for Certified Counselors. The passage of the examination allowed me the opportunity to practice independently in the State of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. During and after my graduate training I was employed by several well known community mental health organizations and private practices. I am an active member of my State & National Professional Organizations (Illinois Mental Health Counseling Association & American Counseling Association). When I am not practicing I enjoy spending time with my life partner Sara a School Social Worker and our dog Sigmund, cats Emma & Winston. I also enjoy reading about history, cycling, playing the drums and following Professional Wrestling, the Chicago Bulls, White Sox & Fire.
