South Suburban Emergency Closings for Wednesday

Keep an eye on this list for news of your child's school day tomorrow.

As temperatures plummet and the wind picks up, area schools are announcing plans to close Wednesday, January 7.

As of 2 p.m., temperatures and wind chill will plummet by the hour, according to National Weather Service projections, and windchills are predicted to bottom out at 30 to 35 below zero Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
