Tonya Fight named Manager of Human Resources for Advocate South Suburban Hospital

Advocate Health Care is pleased to announce that Tonya Fight has been named Manager of Human Resources at Advocate South Suburban Hospital and Advocate Trinity Hospital. She began her new duties on Aug. 8, 2016.

In this role, Fight will manage all human resources operations, programs and initiatives at both hospital campuses.

Fight moves into this position after more than ten years of experience as a human resources consultant with Advocate Health Care. She also has served as a staffing consultant in the Advocate system.

Fight holds a bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University, in Chicago, Ill. and earned her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University in Romeoville, Ill.
