The winning ticket was sold at the Amoco gas station in Crystal Lake.

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — A gas station in Crystal Lake recently sold a $1.05 million winning lottery ticket. The Lucky Day Lotto ticket was purchased at Amoco, 339 W. Virginia St. in Crystal Lake, according to a news release from the Illinois Lottery and matched all five numbers — 01-03-13-22-26 — to win the jackpot in a Wednesday drawing.
The retailer will receive a bonus of $10,500, or one percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket.
The Illinois Lottery urges the lucky winner to sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe place until they visit one of the Lottery’s five Prize Centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Rockford, Springfield or Fairview Heights. Winners have one year from the original drawing date to claim their prize.
