4 Injured In 2-Vehicle Crash In Woodstock

WOODSTOCK, IL — Four people were taken to area hospitals following a two-vehicle crash in Woodstock Thursday afternoon, authorities said. The collision happened at about 3:50 p.m. at the intersection of Route 14 and Washington Street, the Northwest Herald is reporting.

Two helicopters and four ambulances were called to the scene and emergency personnel needed to extricate one driver from their vehicle, according to the newspaper.

Following the collision, Route 14 between Rose Farm Road and Route 120 was closed down. The roadway has since reopened, authorities said.
