
No children were injured when a car rear-ended a Crystal Lake school bus with 47 students on board, the Northwest Herald reports.
The crash occurred around 4 p.m. Thursday on Three Oaks Road near Manor Road. The bus was coming from Canterbury Elementary School in Crystal Lake. There was one man in the car and no one was taken to the hospital or injured.
This is the second car that collided with a District 47 school bus in a week.

A car crashed into the back of a school bus headed to Hannah Beardsley Middle School on Aug. 27, which was just the second day of school for the 42 children on board. No one was injured in that crash.
