7 Employees Hospitalized After Acid Spill At Harvard Plant
The acid spill happened at Dean Foods plant Tuesday night.
HARVARD, IL ā Seven employees at Dean Foods plant in Harvard have been hospitalized with injuries that are not considered life-threatening following an acid spill Tuesday night, according to ABC 7.

The spill was reported at the Dean Foods plant, 639 Maxon Road in Harvard, at about 10:10 p.m. The hazardous materials were kept within the building, which was fully ventilated, and fire officials said a combination of chemicals used to clean up a small spill lead to several workers feeling ill, according to ABC 7.
