Amy J. Blevins 47, of Crystal Lake, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 26, 2013.
She was born Aug. 11, 1965 in Chicago, the daughter of Erman and Linda (Slechta) Blevins.
She is survived by her husband Ronald E. Halgren, a daughter Anna Halgren, her siblings; Erman (Debbie) Blevins, Elizabeth (John) Arnold, Ellen Bass and Lucas (Samantha) Blevins, her nieces and nephews; Erman, Connor, Mathew, Adriana, Sydney, Angie, Buddy and Timothy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two children, Christina and Emily Halgren; and a nephew, Anthony Bass.
