Arrest Blotter: DUI Arrests; Battery; Underage Drinking

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL -- The Crystal Lake Police Department recently made the following arrests:

• Police arrested Dawn Marie Davis, 40, of Peoria, on Nov. 24 and charged her with aggravated battery of a peace officer, resistance to officer, resist/obstruct peace officer/correctional employee and domestic battery/physical contact.
• Alyssa M. Herrera, 20, of the 10000 block of Mayflower Lane in Huntley, was arrested on Nov. 25. She was charged with illegal possession and consumption of alcohol by a minor. She is next expected in court on Jan. 8.
• Authorities arrested Lauren Ann Elken, 20, of the 2000 block of Woodside Drive in Woodstock, on Dec. 1. She has been charged with retail theft.
• Camryn Nikole Brackenrich, 32, of the 1200 block of Goodview Avenue in Johnsburg, was arrested on Dec. 2 and was charged with DUI/BAC .08, DUI/Alcohol, failure to reduce speed and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. A Jan. 8 court date has been set.
• Demetrio Rodriguez Gonzalez, 37, of the 400 block of Linn Avenue, was arrested on Dec. 2 for battery/make physical contact. His bond has been set at $1,500 and he is next expected in court on Jan. 15.
• Joshua Christopher Sonnefeldt, 27, of the 14000 block of Kishwaukee Valley Road in Woodstock, was arrested on an out-of-state warrant on Dec. 3.
• Michael David Gracia, 33, of the 700 block of St. Andrews Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Dec. 9 for domestic battery/physical contact.
• Paul Vincent Mendyk, 42, of the 300 block of Tecumseh Trail in Lake in the Hills, was arrested on Dec. 9 for aggravated battery/peace officer.
• Benjamin Frank Riechert, 34, of the 14000 block of Kishwaukee Valley Road in Woodstock, was arrested for aggravated battery/public place, retail theft and assault.
• Bradley James Mattson, of the 900 block of Meadow Lane in Streamwood, was arrested on Dec. 13. Mattson, 49, has been charged with disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $120 and he is next expected in court on Jan. 15.
• Ryan Timothy Metzler, 29, of the 20 block of Atwater Parkway in Fox Lake, was arrested on Dec. 15 for DUI/Alcohol and DUI/BAC .08. He is next expected in court on Jan. 15. His bond has been set at $3,000.
• Joshua Paul Loeffler, 38, of the 500 block of Lake Street, was arrested on Dec. 15 and was charged with DUI/Alcohol. His bond was set at $3,000. He is next expected in court on Jan. 22.
• Ricardo Humberto Alvarez, 36, of the 500 block of Ryan Way in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Dec. 16 for battery/make physical contact.
