Authorities Investigate Death Of Girl, 3
The girl was taken from Woodstock to Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge Monday where she later died.
WOODSTOCK, IL — Authorities are investigating the death of a 3-year-old Woodstock girl. The girl was taken from the 500 block of Central Parkway in Woodstock to Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge on Monday, the Northwest Herald reports.
The girl was pronounced dead at 5:20 p.m. and an autopsy did not turn up any clues into the cause and manner of the young girl's death, according to the newspaper.
The Illinois Department of Health and Family Services is investigating the death as is the medical examiner's office, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
