Young Samurai Karate
This karate program focuses on developing gross and fine motor skills, memory and attention, fitness agility, and social skills of children ages 6-7 years. Your child also learns age appropriate self-defense, self-respect, and the respect for others while building their confidence in a safe, stimulating, and fun filled class setting. Class is held at the Community Center, 255 Briargate Rd., and is scheduled for Monday, January13-March 2, from 5:00-5:45 pm. Cost is $85 for residents and $128 for non-residents. Register Now!
Youth Beginner Karate
Help kids increase their self-esteem, teach them to work towards their goals and learn how to respect themselves and others. Kids, ages 8-14 years, learn in a safe, supervised environment. Our trained instructors keep them motivated while teaching self-defense techniques and interpersonal communication skills that last a lifetime. Class is held at the Community Center, 255 Briargate Rd., and is scheduled for Monday, January 13-March 2, from 5:45-6:30 pm. Cost is $96 for residents and $144 for non-residents. Register Now!

Focus Kids Safe Self-Defense
This youth Krav Maga Force class teaches children, ages 8-14, how not to be bullied and provides them with the self-defense techniques. This age appropriate class will teach the basics of self-defense, how to set and defend their boundaries, provide an increased level of fitness, and teaching life skills in a fun and interactive manner. Class is held at the Community Center and is scheduled for Monday, January 13-March 2, from 6:30-7:15 pm. Cost is $96 for residents and $144 for non-residents. Register Now!
Focus Fire – Women’s Self-Defense Training
This women’s self-defense class will empower women, ages 13 and older, by teaching them how to better set and defend boundaries socially, emotionally, and physically. Women will learn how to ward off violence and learn techniques that will help them fight back if they are ever attacked. The class will teach fitness, confidence, and defense and will change your life. Class is held at Focus Martial Arts, 9342 Virginia Road, Lake in the Hills, and is scheduled for Sunday, January 12, from 1:00-4:00 pm. Cost is $85 for residents and $128 for non-residents.
