Coroner IDs Crystal Lake Woman Killed In Crash
The single-vehicle collision was reported to authorities on Friday evening. The 25-year-old Crystal Lake woman died at an area hospital.
HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL — A 25-year-old Crystal Lake woman killed in a single-vehicle collision late last week has been identified.
Lora Resser, of the 600 block of Glenridge in Crystal Lake, died in the crash, which was reported to authorities at around 6:51 p.m. Friday, a spokeswoman for the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office told Patch on Wednesday.
Resser was transported from the crash scene — in the area of Barrington and Higgins roads — to Saint Alexius Medical Center, where she died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash, police said.
