Coroner Releases Autopsy Results from Fatal McHenry County Crash
Tanya M. McDonough was found dead following a single-vehicle crash early Sunday in Spring Grove.
SPRING GROVE, IL - A 33-year-old died from multiple injuries head, chest, and abdomen following a single-vehicle crash over the weekend in McHenry County, according to the McHenry County Coroner’s Office.
An autopsy was performed Monday morning on Tanya M. McDonough of unincorporated Spring Grove, according to a news release. McDonough was found by a passerby around 6 a.m. Sunday after a single-vehicle crash that occurred on Route 12 east of Sunset Road in Spring Grove earlier that morning, according to a McHenry County Coroner’s Office press release. Spring Grove paramedics responded and pronounced McDonough dead at the scene.
The male driver in the crash was at the scene of the crash and was taken to the hospital, according to a news release.
