County Coroner Investigating Amboy Pedestrian's Death
The man was killed on the evening of Oct. 24 when a truck hit him.
CRYSTAL LAKE-CARY, IL - From the McHenry County Coroner: McHenry County Coroner, Dr. Anne Majewski, announced today that her office is investigating the death of an Amboy IL man killed the evening of October 24, 2017 in a single vehicle truck crash. A 911 call was made at 9:06 pm bringing Huntley EMS and McHenry County Sheriff's Police to the scene at 14206 Harmony Road Huntley IL. The driver and sole occupant of the truck, David J. Considine, age 57, was taken to Centegra Huntley Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 9:35pm. An autopsy performed this morning revealed that he died from blunt force injuries to the chest.
The crash remains under investigation by the McHenry County Sheriff's Department Accident Investigation Unit and the McHenry County Coroner's Office.
