Crystal Lake Arrests: Order Of Protection Order Violated, DUIs

The Crystal Lake Police Department made several arrests in recent weeks.

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — Here is a look at recent arrests made by the Crystal Lake Police Department.

William K. Brechet, 58, of the 100 block of Center Street in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Aug. 23 and charged with disorderly conduct. He is next expected in court on Sept. 14.

David John Kurth, 27, of the 500 block of Cress Creek Court in Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant on Aug. 13 and charged with child pornography/possessing film/photos. His bail was set at $40,000 and he is next expected in court on Sept. 21.

Steven H. Excell, 59, of the 900 block of Canterbury Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with leaving the scene of the accident/vehicle damage. He is next expected in court on Sept. 28.

David W. Welch, 53, of the 900 block of Armistead Lane in McHenry, was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with driving under the influence/drugs and aggravated DUI/three or more DUIs. He was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

Purvis Tanner, 22, of the 1200 block of Oakland Avenue in Rockford, was arrested on Aug. 21 and charged with resisting/obstructing a peace officer/correctional employee, possession of an amount of controlled substance, forgery and driving on a suspended license. Tanner was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

Jamari Dimaggio Woodfork, 24, of the 2000 block of Yonge Street in Rockford, was arrested on Aug. 21 and charged with forgery make/alter document and acquisition of a controlled substance. He was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

Jacyln Suzanne Reczek, 41, of the 6200 block of Scott Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Aug. 21 and charged with DUI/alcohol/intoxicating compound/drug and obstructing justice. She was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

Jose E. Lecechy-Morgado, 25, of the 500 block of S. Highland Drive in Lakemoor, was arrested on Aug. 22 and charged with domestic battery/physical contact and interfering with reporting of domestic violence. He was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

Janeen J. Carbonara, 30, of the 100 block of N. Main Street in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Aug. 23 and charged with domestic battery/physical contact and domestic battery/bodily harm. He was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

Mark J. Heuer, 56, of the 100 block of South Virginia Street in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Aug. 25 and charged with an in-state bond forfeiture. Heuer was wanted on a warrant out of McHenry County on a charge of making a false report/violation of an order of protection. Bond has been set at $16,500.

Morgan Jayne Hill, 25, of the 100 block of Adare Drive in Cary, was arrested on Aug. 28 and charged with driving under the influence. Bond has been set at $100 and she is next expected in court on Oct. 5.

Adrianna Elyse Karmis, 26, of the 1500 block of Tappan Street in Woodstock, was arrested on Aug. 29 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence BAC .08 and driving on a suspended license. Karmis is next expected in court on Sept. 23 and bond has been set at $3,000.

Brian A. Moreno-Martinez, 21, of the 1900 block of S. 56th Court in Cicero, was arrested on Aug. 29 and charged with obstructing justice, driving/never issued license and obstructing identification. Moreno-Martinez was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

Juan Gabriel Castellanos Hernandez, 25, of the 2000 block of Santa Fe Street in Saint Charles, Missouri, was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with domestic battery/bodily harm and domestic battery/physical contact. He was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

Peter J. Godlewski, 55, of the 0 to 100 block of S. Heather Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Aug. 31 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released with a notice to appear and is next expected in court on Sept. 28.
