Crystal Lake Blotter: Aggravated Battery, DUI, Drug Charges

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — The Crystal Lake Police Department made the following arrests in recent days:

• Mason Alexander Fisher, 22, of Belvidere, was arrested on Aug. 8 and is charged with aggravated battery pregnant/handicapped, aggravated domestic battery/strangle, domestic battery/bodily harm, domestic battery/physical contact and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence. Fisher was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
• Freddy Pretarius Benjamin, 51, of the 14000 block of Kishwaukee Valley Road in Woodstock, was arrested on Aug. 17 and is charged with disorderly conduct and assault. He is expected in court on Oct. 2.
• Nina Marie McDermott, 30, of the 7700 block of Orchard Road in Wonder Lake, was arrested on Aug. 18 and is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with BAC over .08 and resisting/obstructing a peace officer/correctional employee. She is next expected in court on Oct. 13. Her bail was set at $250.
• Humberto Lopez Narcisco, 30, of the 1200 block of Ivy Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with manufacturing 15 to 100 grams of cocaine and possession of 15 to 100 grams of cocaine. He was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
• Amador Strada, 41, of the 900 block of Coventry Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with domestic battery/physical contact. Strada was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
• Patrick Robert Ruge, 51, of the 0 to 100 block of Elmhurst Street in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with BAC over .08 and leaving the scene of an accident/vehicle damage. Bail has been set at $3,000 and Ruge is next expected in court on Oct. 13.
• Andrew Michael Feldt, 44, of the 14000 block of Kishwaukee Valley Road in Woodstock, was arrested on Aug. 21 on a warrant for failure to appear on a criminal trespass to land charge out of McHenry County. Feldt is next expected in court on Sept. 3.
• Dylan Ray Branecki, 21, of the 900 block of Harvest Circle in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Aug. 26 and charged with battery/make physical contact. His bail was set at $1,500 and is next expected in court on Oct. 13.
