Crystal Lake Blotter: DUI Arrests; Battery, Criminal Trespassing

A look at arrest reports from recent weeks in Crystal Lake.

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — The Crystal Lake Police Department responded to several reports in recent weeks:

  • Alan Kenneth Stramaglia, 38, of the 4000 block of Hartland Trail, was charged on Jan. 8 with DUI/Alcohol. His next court date is 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 18 in McHenry County.
  • Alania J. Parker, 20, of Crystal Lake, was charged on Jan. 12 with domestic battery/bodily harm and domestic battery/physical contact. She is next expected in court on Feb. 24.
  • Patricia Ann Aguilar, 35, of the 3400 block of Braeberry Lane in Prairie Grove, was charged on Jan. 22 with leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended license. Her bond was set at $2,500 and she is next expected in court on March 10.
  • Manuel Perez, 23, of the 1500 block of Pawnee Road in Carpentersville, was charged on Jan. 23 with two counts of aggravated battery, criminal trespassing and resisting/obstructing a peace officer/correctional employer.
  • Susan A. Lombardo, 61, of the 700 block of Eletson Drive in Crystal Lake, was charged on Jan. 26 with criminal trespassing. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she is next expected in court on Feb. 25.
  • Matthew RIchard Toole, 30, of the 300 block of Hastings Street in Elgin, was charged on Jan. 31 with criminal damage to property and theft - unauthorized control He is next expected in court on Feb. 24.
  • Kenneth Bruce Fishleigh, 62, of the 0 block of Echo Woods Drive, was charged on Jan. 31 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence BAC .08. Bond was set at $3,000 and he was later released. Fishleigh is next expected in court on March 10.
  • Alan Rico-Beltran, 20, of the 100 block of Prairie Ridge Drive in Woodstock, was charged on Feb. 1 with theft/control intent. Bond was set at $1,500 and he is next expected in court on Feb. 18.
