Crystal Lake Launches New Mobile Phone App for Residents
The new Crystal Lakes app allows residents to report issues or crime, pay water bills online, contact city officials, and much more.

Today, the city of Crystal Lake announced the launch of a new mobile phone app for residents to download on their iPhones and Androids. This app enables residents to quickly and conveniently ask questions, report problems and issues, pay their water bills, and much more.
The app enables residents to connect with city officials in ways they never could before. A handy feature on the app allows residents to report issues such as a blocked storm sewer gate, curb and gutter damage, dead animal, debris in the street, graffiti, mailbox damage, pothole, and much more. Residents can also report suspected drug activity and safety concerns.
The "City Info" portion of the app lets residents access city news, upcoming events, and economic developments. There's also a helpful FAQ section that answers questions such as, "Do I need a license for my pet?" or "Where do I buy a vehicle sticker?"
