Crystal Lake Park District Adds End of Summer Belly Dancing Class

By popular demand, the Crystal Lake Park District has added an end of summer session of Belly Dancing. This class will cover essential movements as well as strength, fluidity and balance which will be used to let the beauty in every person shine! Wear comfortable, non-baggy workout wear (yoga or melodia pants) and hip scarf. Please bring a water bottle because this class will be a great workout!
