Crystal Lake Park District Group Fitness & Yoga Classes Begin 4/4

Register now for Crystal Lake Park District group fitness and yoga classes including: POUND, Fightlates, Bodypower, Barre Fitness, Sit, Stand and Swing, Refit, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold, Yoga, Beginning Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Plyo-Flow, Kids Yoga and Strength/Stress Yoga. Spring session begins the week of April 4 and runs through end of May. Our fitness and yoga classes feature:

  • Upgraded fitness rooms at Grand Oaks, Main Beach and West Beach

  • All Inclusive Punch Pass is good for all fitness and yoga class (with the exception of 1 day workshops and 1 day special events)
