Saturday Body Power on the Go

Crystal Lake Park District- Main Beach

For Immediate Release- Just for the summer we will be offering a Body Power class on Saturdays from

7:30-8:30 am without a regular schedule except for the June classes scheduled below:

In order to receive additional notifications of when a Saturday Body Power Class will be offered, activate a REC ALERT. Your Rec Alert can be initiated by calling 815-410-4475, Option EXT. 7.

Your Rec Alert update will include information on how to register, registration deadline, class location and class fee. Dates will be announced approximately 2 weeks prior and the registration deadline is 3 days prior to the program start.
