Crystal Lake West Bay Herbicide Treatment Scheduled

On Friday morning, July 15, 2016, Hey and Associates, Inc. will be conducting herbicide treatments of areas within West Bay of Crystal Lake. The treatment areas in West Bay will include areas farther than 60 feet offshore and areas near the no-wake buoys in the bay. These areas are to be treated with a granular form of an aquatic herbicide (Harpoon Granular) to control nuisance submerged vegetation.

Water use restrictions are as follows:

• No Water Use Restrictions.
• Areas treated with the chosen product may be used for fishing and swimming immediately after treatment
• Treatment signs will only be posted at the time of the treatment in each individual lot IF areas adjacent to those shorelines receive treatment.

• Should the weather prevent this treatment from occurring on the date listed above, the treatment will

be conducted on the next business day that the weather allows.
