Ladies Weight Loss Challenge

12 week nutritional class and also a competition that awards the top 3 biggest losers a cash payout.  Every week you’ll have a weigh-in to see your progress followed by coaching and conversation pertaining to eating healthy, exercise and proper nutrition.  Each session finishes with an option to participate in low-impact group exercise.  Come join us to get results in a fun and supportive environment.

Cost:  $39 entry fee covers all 12 weeks
