The 18 pc. McHenry City Band will begin a series of 9 concerts at 7:30 on June 7 at Veteran's Memorial Park in McHenry. The director is Michael Bazan with featured vocalist Maureen Christine. Each concert has a theme, the first being Swing Into Summer. Some seating is available, but bring lawn chairs or a blanket. Food and beverage vendors are usually available.
