If you are seeking information and support for childbirth, Premier Wellness and Chiropractic have teamed up with Kate Taylor, birth doula and owner of Creative Childbirth Concepts to offer you one of a kind creative childbirth classes. Here four simple reasons why you should attend childbirth preparation classes next month.
- It's intimate: with a small group setting (usually five or fewer couples) Kate will answer all of your unique questions and concerns.
- It's short: this series of classes is less than one month time commitment. We meet three times over the course of four weeks for less than 2 hours each class.
- It's affordable: for a $150.00 investment you and your birth team will enter into your birthing time prepared, informed and well rehearsed with labor comfort measures. For nearly 7 hours of consultation with an experienced birth doula, that's a great deal!
- It's creative: unlike any other childbirth education class, this series will introduce you to music and art as you learn to envision, plan and practice for labor and delivery. We use music to motivate movement, encourage relaxation and imagery and also creative writing to help explore all your questions before birth. You'll leave this class series with many tangible creations to reflect on as you continue to get ready to have your baby.
