Man, 32, Solicited And Sexually Assaulted Teen: Police
The 32-year-old Hebron man is in custody on sex assault charges.

MCHENRY COUNTY, IL – A 32-year-old Hebron man is accused of soliciting and then sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl when he refused his advances, authorities said Monday. Christopher Brown, 32, was taken into custody on Sunday and charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault and solicitation of a sex act. The charges stem from an investigation launched over the weekend after authorities were called to a home in Hebron.
Deputies responded to the residence Saturday evening after the vicitm's family members reported a sexual assault, according to a news release from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
Police said they learned Brown sexually assaulted the girl on Friday, according to the news release. He first attempted to solicit her and "when she refused, he sexually assaulted her."

Brown, who already had an outstanding warrant on another unrelated case, was taken into
custody early Sunday morning. He has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault, a Class 2 felony; and solicitation of a sex act, a Class 4 felony.
His bond has been set at $100,000 for Brown.

Brown is next expected in court on Wednesday.
