Man Flown to Hospital After Tree Falls on Him
The man was cutting down a tree when it fell on him in McHenry Saturday afternoon.

A man was seriously injured when a tree he was cutting down fell on him Saturday evening in McHenry.
The McHenry Township Fire Protection District was dispatched to 4903 W. Flanders Road at 5:16 p.m. and found the man lying on the ground next to the tree when they arrived, according to a fire protection district press release.
The man was transported by Flight for Life helicopter to Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.
