Man Gets 10 Years For LITH Home Burglary
The burglary happened in October 2014. William Bobiek has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.

MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — A 47-year-old man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for a residential burglary that happened in October 2014 at a Lake in the Hills homes, prosecutors said. William Bobiek of River Grove was sentenced last week on the residential burglary charge, which is a Class X felony.
The charges carried a maximum sentencing range of four to 14 years in prison, according to a news release from the McHenry County State's Attorney's Office. After he is released from prison, he will be required to serve three years of mandatory supervised release.
The burglary happened on Oct. 14, 2014, at a residence in Lake in the Hills, according to prosecutors.
