McHenry Co. Health Department to Consolidate Locations

WOODSTOCK IL – McHenry County Department of Health’s Women Infants and Children (WIC) and Family Case Management (FCM) programs are consolidating locations, local health officials said. Health officials said they will discontinue WIC and FCM services at the McHenry Community Health Center, located at 3901 Mercy Drive in McHenry, starting on July 20. Those services will still be available at existing locations in Crystal Lake, Woodstock, and Harvard, according to a news releases from the McHenry County Health Department.

The move, health officials said, is being done to better serve the needs of the community with available Health Department resources. Office hours will be extended beginning in June at Crystal Lake, Woodstock and Harvard locations "to offer participants additional flexibility in accessing services," according to the news release.
