McHenry Man Faces Predatory Sex Assault Charges
An investigation continues into the 23-year-old McHenry man accused of sexually abusing a child in his care.

MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — A 23-year-old McHenry man faces predatory criminal sex assault of a child charges for allegations he sexually abuse a minor who was in his care. Bail has been set at $500,000 for Joseph Calbillo following his arrest Tuesday, according to a news release from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
The arrest on Tuesday evening came following an investigation by the sheriff's office into a report made by a concerned parent, according to authorities. Calbillo has been charged with two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault and was taken to the McHenry County Correctional Facility.
Calbillo remained in custody as of Thursday morning. He is next expected in court on Friday.
